Love the game so much but its sad that this game is so glitchy. Been playing the same level multiple times. Doesnt seem like the company care to fix it which is such a waste.

Played it on FB, now playing it on IPAD, just loving this game, started playing again after not aging IPAD for awhile, not having any issues playing on new IPAD.

I used to love this game. Regardless of all the troubleshoots, it still crashes every other minute. Its annoying and not worth it anymore.

I loved this game and had rated it five stars. But recently it started crashing every two minutes. Glitches when you go to the trading menu. Pretty much unplayable.

Crappy game keeps resetting dont bother playing waste of time it does not save every time you do move it reboots

Ive been playing online and was happy to find theres an app even though it doesnt tie into the online version. I quickly got hooked on the app version as well. Then in mid Sept 2016 things broke. All my neighbors disappeared and I couldnt trade. I would plant crops or put dishes to cook and come back and nothing was there. I would collect coins and they would disappear. The app had a lot of connection errors. I contacted support many times. Were working on it they said. One time after a month they said they thought it was from an Apple update but they dont know how to fix it. And its still broken almost 3 months later. It was funny n while it lasted. Guess Ill be sticking to the online version if I want to play.

I used to love this game however it now crashes too much to be enjoyed. It seems that after less than 10 clicks or touches, it crashes. It looks like the last update was in 2015. I would love to play this more, however, I am uninstalling until a cleaner update is available as it is now a waste of space.

Game crashes all the time. Needs to be updated asap.

Its always troubleshoot but better now after I deleted and installed again. Its hard to get coin or gems. And when I made the same recipe, it should use only one counter. Well, I like Facebook version more but this is not bad tho.

The game constantly cuts off. What I planted has disappeared and have to re-planted again this is only on level 86 when my trouble started the game needs to be updated...immediately!!!

This game is glitchy and unusable and crashes every five minutes. My iPad is updated to the newest iOS software and has over 100 GB of free storage I have tried all troubleshooting and emailed support.

Is there anyone who can help me ive lost almost 1000 coins and it took away everything i had planted plus the game keeps crashing. Im playing it on my ipad. Please help

I love playing the game but get frustrated and quit because it is always crashing and I have to keep redoing things...just annoying!

I really liked this game at first. Until it kept glitching and restarting on me. Forcing me to go back to things I had already accomplished. And it slowed down my iPhone 7. It got too repetitive until I am finally going to just delete it. Sadly because I really like the game. I wish there was another solution to my problems.
