Very glitchy

I love this game, but have had a lot of issues lately. If the developers can fix the game, I will give it a 5 star review.
1) Every time I try to hire a new waitress, the character freezes.
2) The game keeps making me reload it every 1-2min. It keeps saying its some kind of connection issue.
3) Sometimes the game just completely crashes.
4) I keep having to repeat actions I have already completed.
